I used to get so damn irritable and shouty
and basically murder to be with lol.

not had a period for a year

I hate PMS. The first two days are the worst. I get cramps, but in my thighs and oh my god the pain.

Oh and I go a bit crazy before I'm due on, too. Irritable, tearful, depressed and suicidal.
