Sooo..

I am currently on hold waiting for my bank to answer my call. It's rather boring. I know hold music can sometimes be tacky, but surely it's better than:

"ring ring, ring ring, ring ring, ring ring, ring ring, ring ring, ring ring, "thank you for waiting, we will answer your call as soon as possible", ring ring" etc.

I actually love it for like the first 5mins lmao ,
I sing and normally they answer when i taking the piss and then they are proper snotty with me lmao,
So i then ask to talk to a supervisor , then get my call costs back and yes yes yes ...

Banks are evil to get through too. Although not as evil as the ALG helpline thingy. Oh my god. I could rant about their sh!tty service for YEARS.

My bank had me on hold for half an hour once, before someone answered, got my info and said they would need to call me back. So I then had to sit around for 2 hours until they called back, to tell me that I would have to call a different number.

Some companies just stink.
