SORRY!
i Just posted a thread,
but i need to ask somthing very quickly.
im scared of tell in my counceller what im feeling,
or what im planning.
(more Details in other Threadd)
Beacause my friend told me theyd put me in hospital?!
is that true?
if i told the counceller i wasent eating/
throwing my food up
and wanting to kill myself?

Please answer, i have to go there soon.

i think you should tell her the truth, otherwise how will she help you get better? i don't know what your counsellor would do if you told her you weren't eating and wanted to kill yourself, but she would know more about how you're feeling and will be more useful in helping you get better.

because when i first saw her she told me that if i
told her i was gonna kill myself
shed have to tell someone
and get someone to make sure i was safe?
so my friend said she meant i will be put in hospital
and i REALLY dont want that.

It doesn't necessarily mean that she'll put you into the hospital. You need to trust that she has your best interests in mind and that for her to help you that you need to be honest with her and tell her everything otherwise there is no point in seeing her.

exactly it doesnt nessicarily mean she will, she will probably try everything she can to help u before putting u in the hospital. shell only put u in hospital if she thinks ur too much a danger to urself but if she thinks she can get u the extra help outside the hosp she will (sorry a bit waffely and confusing) and why are u so scared of hospital??.... it will keep you safe and thats abviously what u need right now. i know its hard to accept but if u need to be in the hospital then isnt it good that u go instead of ending up killing urself.... ur too precious to be wasted.... please tell ur councellor how u feel and who cares about what happens next just know that its for ur own safety.... sorry my reply is confusing, im not good with words xx

I agree with the others. It's really important that you are honest with your counsellor in order that she can help you.
They won't admit you to hospital unless they think it will help you, and they will have your best interests in mind.
Please do try and be honest with her.

They won't put you in hospital unless they think that you are a serious threat to yourself, and that you will almost certainly try to hurt and possibly endanger yourself if left alone. Normally, they will try to put you in contact with crisis team people who can help you, and try to monitor you.
