Confidentiality and PM'ing First Aid Advisors

Ok um this is a strange and probably a stupid question.

i was gonna PM this but wasnt brave enough.

And not sure if i need it now anyway.

But thought id still ask the question......

Is there any information or anything you could PM specifically to a First Aid Advisor which couldn't/wouldn't be kept confidential?

Basically, no, because even if you were in great danger to yourself, how would they know where to call an ambulance to or whatever?

i dont know but that has happened to me on another site [ages ago!], that i was traced via posts/PM's.

Thats not related to why im asking though - but obviously made me think of these issues more when it did happen.

i think the police could still trace you from the net through your internet provider if something is reported to them - well they did me anyway.

Sorry this is probably a stupid thread but i just wondered if any of the staff/First Aid Advisers had any thoughts on my question?Sorry.

It's extremely situational dependent. Basically, there is absolutely no easy way to track anyone down unless you've given out a lot of info on RYL and the situational would have to be extraordinary for us to attempt it.
