I guess it's just going through one of it's low posting times. More sadness and less fun for most involved in the day-to-day posting & frivolities of vets.
I think it's just that time of year. Vets that are students are dealing with exams coming up, and vets that work in anything remotely connected with retail are busier at work because of the holiday season. Plus I bet a lot of people are having get togethers of family/friends and holiday parties to attend so that reduces their time on RYL.

I hope it's not dead. =[ I've only just started posting here occasionally despite turning 18 over a year ago.
I agree with the stuff about exams though, I mean sensible people would be revising and doing their work and stuff, unlike myself who is too easily distracted apparently.
It does feel different though from how it was, say 6 months or a year ago. I know some people have moved on, which is great but I do miss some of the old regulars like Callie for example.
Maff, vets ebbs and flows. it's always been like this :) in another few months or so it will be back up to where it was before! Christmas will be over, new years will be over, exams will be over. It iwll be okay. *cuddles*

i'm a bit of a wallflower / lurker at the best of times, but haven't been on here as much recently. as has been said.....tough times.
i promise to try harder though, even if only in vets general!

Just like anything, RYL has changed over time. This might not be a bad thing to many people, but I miss the people I talked to when I first joined in '05, and the atmosphere was different [not necessarily better, just different].
I think I know what you're saying... I don't like change in general so if I was in your shoes, I probably wouldn't like that feeling either... that sucks..
