im really sorry your having such a hard time!
most of the time doctors are right about diagnosis but if you feel he's got it wrong u can always say something...
its alright to be scared... we all get scared, but please dont hurt yourself... its not worth it... it might seem like it is at the time but later you'll regret it... is there a friend or family member you can talk to or maybe even try the distraction list on RYL... it can be helpful too...
I know how you feel about the drinking and drugs bcos i used to be the exact same but with the right counselling help and talking and opening up to people this will pass... again theres so much more out there that you can do with your life and if your the same as me its much better waking up with a hangover/downer and remembering what you done the day/night before... the drinking and drugs are'nt going to do your mental health good either so please get the help to stop...
your right you don't need this... get all th help you can get and things will start to look up...

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
