psychotherepy assesment
i have my psycotherepy assesment this week. i am starting to get more than a little nervous about it. i don't know what stuff they are going to ask me, what they are going to say. i don't know if i will even be able to say anything when they ask me stuff. how will i know if i am telling them the right thing, or if i am just gonna mess up stuff more if i give the wrong answers. what if i say the wrong thing and thy look at me and stuff. omg i dunno if i can do this, i am very scared :S

When times get tough, the best we can do is remember there is better to come. If we can hold onto this hope, then hope will keep us free.

I had what they called a Psychotherapy Assessment too, but it was over a period of 4 sessions.
Try not to worry about it, keep calm, and be yourself. There's not really such a thing as a wrong answer when it comes to therapy, and they'll be there looking for the best option for you.
Take care, keep us updated,

Try not to stress about it, just be truthful, there are no right or wrong answers they will understand if you're finding it hard to answer I bet most people struggle. Good Luck
