Just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are fine. The drugs could(and probably are) messing up your internal organs. You realy should tell someone, and the sooner the better. It could take days before you feel the effects of the drugs, and by then it would most likely be too late.

Like what was said above, you should really go as being well isnt necessary a good sign, im sure they would be more worried than mad

Just becuase you feel fine does not mean that you are ok. Many medications can and will continue to do internal damage long after you have taken them becuase it takes time for your body to process them completley. You should get checked out by a doctor as soon as possible, even if that means going to the A&E.
While people might be upset and worried, they will be glad that you are going to get help to make sure you are ok.
Please go and seek help immediately, the sooner your are seen the less chance there is for damage.

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.

Please go and get seen by a doctor. People won't be mad, they'll just be worried and they'd rather that than have something happen to you.
