Ugh, I feel sooo low. I cant wait until I finally get some help again...I hope it comes really soon, I'm getting sort of...desperate...I also think I have OCD, which is getting me down, but I'm too scared to say anything, it's embarissing.
I've said that my self harm is only occassional, but it's more than that now...I need help gahhh *cries* I want to cut soo badly again...

Ermm, I didn't mention friday?
I thiink I have OCD because I have to touch things certain amount of times, switch my lamp on and off 4x4 times, otherwise spiders will come to me in my sleep :-s (I'm such a wierdo...help) I get strange thoughts that I obsess over for ages and ages, if I'm thinking of something, I have to keep thinking of it until it finally becomes clear in my head. I cant control some thoughts, things have to be even, if I touch a glass when I put it down with my left hand per say, then I will have to touch it with my right, then 4 times etc....arghhhhhhhhhh...the worse I feel the worse the OCD gets...

I'm sorry you're going through that D:. I've got OCD and some of my things are like that. Although don't be worried about it because a lot of the time it goes and doesn't come back. It's not always with you, I know people who have got through it all.
But mines been here since I can remember, lately it's been getting BAD...D:...

I'm sorry to hear you are going through such a difficult time right now. *Cuddles*
About telling somebody about your OCD... Yes you defiantly should! Because like conversechild said, it can go away or at least get easier. I know it's hard to tell somebody but it must be even more difficult to be going through this alone! It certainly doesn't sound very nice.
Are you thinking about getting support or something?
Because you said you can't wait till you finally get some help...

Yeah, I've spoken to my Mum a couple of months back and then she called my head of year to ask for a referral to CAMHs, my head of year is speaking to 'outside agencies' next week to see what he can do about my lowness and si...I spoke to him on friday and thats what he said. I just havent told him the full story...the OCD is really bugging me now, like it stops me from moving...if I get up off the sofa I have to kinda get back down again and touch it a certain amount of times, its humiliating...but I'm scared that if I don't do it, something terrible will happen, I don't know what...

You must must tell your head of year or someone similar. Your head of year will have undergone a bit of mental health training (all teachers do, I think). Please tell someone responsible. X
