Opiates are messy drugs, and can cause all sorts of lovely reactions in people. It sounds like your body is rejecting the medication (which can happen for various reasons) Do NOT take anything else to try and make it better, and call your doctor, a nurses line, or the local A&E line and speak with a doctor or a nurse and they will advise you on what is best to do.
If you can't get ahold of a physician, you should go to a urgent care clinic or A&E becuase if you body is rejecting the medication you can have an allergic reaction to it, and allergic reactions to medication can be quite nasty.
