Oh i am sorry to hear that you are having a really tough time at the moment! I do hope that things can change and I know that they can if you can talk about them to a well trusted person.
Maybe you could ask to talk confidentially to somebody, if it too hard to face your mum about the issue???
I really think that it would be a great idea if you could get councelling! i went through similar issues at school and was horrified when the teachers got my parents to have a meeting with them about self harm.
At the time it was really crap but now (a few years on) my relationship with my parents is great!
i have had lots of help with family therapy (which helped my parents to understand self harm). And a really good councellor who enabled me to talk about almost everything.
I really hope that you can get the same amount of support.
Why dont you arrange an appt with your doctor as everything you say to them is confidential, and they may be able to get you a good support network.
Please please feel free to PM me as i would love to hear how you are doing and I am always hear if you wanna talk... i will always reply to your messages and i do care!
Best wishes
