I am currently:
Graphic / Triggering - I feel unsafe from myself =(

I don't know what to do. The man's still following me and I got fed up of the voices telling me to SI so I did. So much that I did one cut then found an ingrown hair and plucked and plucked and plucked, gauging the skin out just for the pure sake of getting that blood out and ripping and pulling at my skin just to get the hair out. I just want to cut myself again and make it bad so it needs stitches.

I am seeing my psychiatrist on wednesday but what do I do until then?

What sometimes works for me if I want/need to keep safe until a certain time limit (ie you seeing your psych Wednesday) is to write down a sort of timetable of what I'm going to do like :

8am : Get up, dressed, etc

9am: Go out for a walk

10 am : Listen to music

11 am: Watch a film

12:30pm : Lunch

Obviously, that's a completely non-personal plan and if you do it you can put whatever in there. Sometimes it just helps to know that you've got things planned for every hour, and those things don't include self harm.

^ that's a good idea.
As for music, headphones and loud volume might help, I'm not sure.
