Hey.
I suffer from paranoia at times too, though it's not a constant situation for me. When I'm on my own I think I'm being watched/stared at etc, and that can escalate. Music is helpful, do you find you can focus on the music ok? I don't know anything about ADD, but would focusing on the sound of the teacher's voice help? That way you don't really have to pay attention to what s/he's saying (although paying attention for as long as you can is good too), but rather you're focusing on the sound of their voice, the notes they use etc, the way you do with music? I'm sorry if that's actually rubbish.
When I feel paranoid I tend to have a bit of an argument in my head between the paranoid and the rational. As in, I try and talk myself out of it, remind myself that no one is interested in what I am doing as they have their own lives to lead.
I don't have much advice really and I've just rambled completely, sorry! Paranoia's a pain in the bum to live with.
*hugs*

I suffered a little from this , I found going out with people you trust helps greatly.

When doing this after time start going places without them, for example to local shop.

If the problem persists I would speak to your doctor for further advice.

I am a lot more comfortable when outside now, many months ago I could not go out by myself at all.

I hope this has helped somewhat, if you want you can pm me, and I can tell you my experiences, and how I dealt with them.

Kind Regards x
