Triggering (SI/ED) - What the fudge is wrong with me!!??
I've self harmed for as long as I can remember (bad, bad memory).
Ive had a mild eating disorder, im kind of mostly over that.
Now there is someone else in my head. Every so often she takes control... and she's a f*cking b*tch I cant cope with her in my head, talking to me. It used to happen a bit... i just laughed at myself.... its happening more and more now... shes arguin with my friends.... hurting me, manipulating people, screwing with their heads. Shes violent and unpredictable. She has done so many bad things.... shes been a major cause in a guy trying to kill himself. And I can't stop her. Its not so much that she is a different person... but... its like im one half of my brain... and she is the other half. Still me... but a part of me I cant control properly... i try to hold her back as much as possible.... then she takes control and im stuck trying to take control back again.
Someone please tell me what the hell is going on! please
I can understadn this. I felt like this in the early stages of my illness when I was 14. You need to tell your psych about this.
PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
I am so sorry, hun, this has to be very scary, confusing, and so hard to deal with and understand. I really do feel for you.
The truth is that I could make guesses about what is going on with you, but I agree with Steel Maiden. Even if it is difficult to open up about it, you really need to talk to your psych and anyone who is involved in treating you and helping you professionally. The people involved in your care are the best people to be able to explain, decide what is going on, and to help you.
Please reach out and get help with this. It's very important. You are right, it is incredibly hard to cope with, and you are going to need all the help professionally you can get, plus the support and care we will always give you.
We are here to support you as you navigate through the process, deal with issues, and when you want to talk/share/vent....
I dont have a psych.... i dont have anyone treating me... no one knows about her.
Shes laying off today, which is a relief after the past few days, but, i dont have any professional help... the only people who know are me n her (obviously), my friend Toby and anyone who has read this post ;_;
Honey please go to your GP/doctor or tell someone who can help you!
It really sounds as though you're going through a rough time and it must be horrible. I have been through something similar. It's like half of my brain that's unable to be conrolled. I really think you need help with this as Olympia said too, I had the same thing in the early days of my illness.
Do not risk it, we all want you to stay safe *cuddles*

I strongly advise you to either see your GP about this or write a letter to your GP and post it off to him/her. If you write a letter, I advise you to write URGENT on the front because otherwise it won't be read for days.
Good luck and my thoughts be with you,
Best wishes,
