titles! yay i can change this title..

The title of this thread is "The BIG Distraction Page!" as a test, I edited the title to put a smilie face on the end of it, and it didn't change the actual title but the title of when you view the thread. [see here]

I think we have talked about think before and I thought the issue was corrected, so am I doing something wrong? Can people edit their titles?

Nope its working for me, I just added 'Can I?' to the end of a thread I made.

The thread I want to title change is on a private board, so I will contact the appropraite moderator.
