Rant - I have a dilema!!! my friends a bitch! *Possibly triggering*

okay...i like this guy...and my friend betrayed me.

now last year...when he liked me and at the time i wasnt sure about things. my friend kept saying how gross he was and that i shouldnt date him because he was ugly....[hes not btw].

me and him lost contact a bit because i got with someone else. and recently we've started talking again. i met up with him about 2 weeks ago and my friend came with me. On the way home...she said to me. Oh He's sooo nice...i fancy him. even though she knew how i felt about him >.<

i told him about it and said...i hope she doesnt ask me out because i'll turn her down... :s.

a few days after i told him
she asked him out...and he said yes :S.

I dont understand...how she get so many guys :S....she smokes....drinks like a fish....gets mashed on weed all the time....she never showers, brushes her teeth and rarely washes her hair....shes rude and loud....her clothes are always dirty...yet she wears them anyway...shes selfish...self centered!...need i go on?

im really annoyed because she doesnt deserve him. she'll treat him badly and exploit his good nature.

Should i warn him about all this...or should i just let him found out for himself??

I think the best way for anyone to learn is to make mistakes for themselves. If you get involved you will become the bad guy and it will probably push them closer just to probe a point. If/when it does go wrong just make sure you're there for him.

What a toxic friend. You can do without people like that, all they do is bring you down.

Even though you may desperately want to say something, the phrase springs to mind "a still tongue makes a wise head".

It's best that you let him make his own mistakes, if you get involved you will come off as the bad guy, even if you're trying to do a nice thing.

All I can do is re-iterate what the above person said, all you can do is wait and if/when it ends you just be there for him.

Wow this post is so old. Here's an update....they lasted for about a year but ended because she cheated on him with her cousin who she is now with ....how jeremy kyle lol.

To be honest, you don't sound like the best friend yourself if you speak of her that way. I could never say those nasty things about any of my friends cause if I felt that way, they were simply not my friends.

Maybe, if you dislike her that much, it's better for both of you that you are not friends?

Actually she treated me very badly. Probably the worst friend anyone couls ever have lol. so i think my comments i made about her are justified.
