Triggering (OD) - Angry Voices =(

The voices are so angry and I don't know what to do,
it's driving me crazy

Please help,
I am in the UK and it's the weekend so I can't contact anyone

They are shouting so loudly and want me to OD,

Sorry if this sounds pathetic, but have you tried calling Samaritans or your local crisis team. I know you say you can't contact anyone with it being the weekend but is there not a friend you can call or go round to? If you feel you can't resist their instructions, please contact A&E/duty psych. I'm not much use myself as my voices are constantly taunting me in the light of a recent decision I made (apparently my voices aren't even real - pseudo-hallucinations but I reallystruggle with them). Want you to know that I kinda understand how scary and downright annoying it can be. Please stay safe hun. *hus*

I'm going to my local out of hours Dr at 12 (midnight)
They will assess me,

Don't be scared hun, you've made a good step. They can't hurt you, please remember that. No matter how real they seem, they aren't and you ARE stronger than them! Is there anything you can think of that has made them worse this time?

Hi again, I went to the out of hours Doc and he gave me Valium as a short term sedative/anti-anxiety!
I have just taken one so hopefully the voices wont come back today as they are making me anxious.
Thank you for your support.
I will phone my psychiatrist's office tomorrow and my CPN,
I hope I can get an appointment soon *fingers crossed*
