Triggering (SI) - Paranoid

I been cut free 1month today but all of a sudden i feeel like relapsing i am so paranoid that my boyfriend is gonna cheat on me when he is away.It is really upsetting me even tho he is spending a week with me down here in eastbourne with me when he comes back on the 9th nov.And he is still talking about our future.Im gonna miss him heaps as he will not take his movbile with him it is making me so paranoid that im gonna relapse and cut but if i cut my boyfriend will leave me he said that.
it is just these paranid thoughts geting to me i hate it

i know how you feel about feeling paranoid.
but you have to keep telling yourself that he wont.
try and keep yourself busy with something. :)

I know it's hard :S but as uberdruck said, keeping busy is crucial. Go out with friends, take up a new hobby (like cooking new and exciting things, to impress the boyf when he gets back!) and try to catch up with over-due stuff like bills or homework or whatever. don't worry =) we're here for you xx
