I'm sorry that you're feeling so bad, has anything happened to trigger this? How did you get through these feelings before? Try to draw on the things that helped you through the last time and build on those things. Do something that might help you to feel positive emotions. Remember that you don't have to act on your thoughts, self harming or overdosing will only make things worse for you in the long run. I'm sure that your husband would rather know how you are feeling than have you go through this yourself. Perhaps you could both support each other. Do you have a therapist, or could you call your doctor and let them know how you are feeling? It is important that you are supported through this.
