im finally free!! no more hospitals!
hey there people!
well ive posted on here quite a few times about bein in hospital and stuff and i just wanted to say 2 everyone that im finally discharged from the inpatient hospital and working as a outpatient!
if i can do it anyone can... trust me...
it been a long road, ive been in hospital now over 7 months... been on 1.1 obs for three of them months... been on 2.1 obs some of the time! after restraints, cheeky nurses, runners, detentions, plenty of shouting, screaming and crying, and meeting plenty of lovely nice people along the way im finally free from being an inpateint!
all this is well and good but its not to say im completly self harm free or suicide thoughts free! its made my outlook on things alot different and i appriciate my friends and family more too... with time and more work i guess one day il be totally recover but in the mean time id like to help people in the same postion as i was!
for anyone out there goin thru hospitals... hold on there, it will get better!

Congrats! I've been out of hospital for four months, the longest time in two years, scary but definately worth it.
|
Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

well done :) I've been a daypatient for 2 weeks now, having been in hospital as an inpatient for 6 and a half months.
