Triggering (SI/Sexual Abuse) - Needing some serious help
Hey all i was a vet a couple years back, but had to change my ID because my ex wife used my postings to have my visitation stripped from me using my postings here.
ANyways, im hitting rock bottom very fast here, and need someone to talk to in a major league way. The desires to rend, tear, cut, burn, and generaly destroy myself is here in a big way. I have memories popping up of severe abuse almost constantly, and they are overwhelming me, and in turn causing my DID to act up, threatening a shutdown.
