Dear Gareth,
I think you are great! Unchained Melody is excellent and I bought it when it was first released! I have liked you since I saw you on Steps To The Stars, and was glad that you were taking your singing career further and auditioning dor Pop Idol. I loved it when you sang 'Flying without wings' and 'Yesterday' on the show, and I voted for you loads of times! I have enclosed a S.A.E so I would be overwhelmed if you could find the time to send an autograph to your no1 fan! Good Luck for the future (p.t.o) I can't wait until you release your album, so hurry up! I'll be supporting you all the way, and good luck for the future.

hahaha you are so sweet! i remember when i was 11 and i fancied Stephen Gateley from Boyzone, and my friend phoned up one night to tell me he'd come out as gay. i remember ripping his posters off my wall in anger - except not really being angry, i just thought i should try to convince myself i was angry... because my friend obviously thought it was a big deal.

The two major moments of my school girl life was when Take that broke up (every corner of the playground had a group of girls crying) and then, when steven gately came out of the closet. Bad times. lol.
I was never into boy bands or any of that. The only pop group I got into was spice girls when I was like 10.

I was the same, i didn't like any boybands. However LOVED the Spice Girls, they were my first gig when i was 9! Haha. I have photos of me with those chunky platform trainer thingys they used to wear. It was a good look...
