Hi, I ordered a Trying to Stop bracelet and a month free bracelet on the 7th August and got an email saying they were delayed because of lack of beads.
But I still dont have them.
Is anyone else having this problem? x
Harley was able to get the bead situation sorted out, however, he's had some other issues come up which has caused a delay in shop orders. It's hoped that he will be able to take care of them soon.

If I know Harley, and I do, then he will feel awful that he hasn't been able to send them out & it will be due to circumstances beyond his control. These things happen, I'm afraid [although this is the first time since I've been a member that there's been a more than 2 week unexpected delay].
If there's anything I can do give me a PM, but until I get a firm okay from Harley and sort out expenses etc I can't send stuff.
But all i have heard is "soon" and nothing has changed.
Just because you haven't been told exactaly what has been changing behind the scenes doesn't mean that unexpected things haven't come up. The original delay was due to the beads, which Harley was able to get sorted out. However, some other stuff has come up which has caused additional delays. I'm sorry that you have had to wait for your bracelet, but we have done our best to keep everyone updated.

i ordered mine on the 11th september. i know its not that long ago. but it says "awaiting payment" on it, i know the moneys deffinetly come out of my bank. or does this mean something else? *slighty confussed*

The bracelets are all still coming. They got the bead issues sorted out, and they Harley was called away. He's working on catching up and the bracelets are one of his top priorities to get taken care of.

Same happened with me. Ordered mine near the end of August I think, still waiting. No particular rush, I'm not getting crabby or anything, just want to make sure I'll get them as the money's definitely been taken out.

I've waited so long for my second (one month) bracelet that my 'trying to stop' one snapped from overuse lol. I was a little impatient at first but as the second bracelet is free and there are clearly technical, as well as other hitches, I don't feel right complaining. I hope Harley doesn't feel under pressure, I think people are only worried because they don't know whats going on.

Hiya, I just took mine off to have a bath, the elastic snapped and the beads flew everywhere. I had had it about a month and wore it throughout the day but took it off before bed. Maybe its a combo of taking it off a lot and having unsusually big hands or summat lol, I dunno
