Triggering (SI/OD) - What is the f**cking point? *sui trig*
Why do I bother? I can't get them to stop. The noise is too much. I'm a pathetic child, why should people taking to me bother this much. They aren't in the room but I can hear them. Call the crisis team and they say distract yourself. I can't keep doing this. Can't keep fighting. Really had enough. Is this real? Am I part of some cruel experiment? I want out, please! Please let it stop!

Aw hun, I'm sorry you're finding it so difficult. Can you speak to your doctor about getting some more help? Maybe try explaining to the crisis team again how bad it is? Or go down to the hospital... they can't ignore you if you're standing there telling them you're scared you're going to kill yourself! Is there anyway you can speak to your psychiatrist or doctor?
I know the crisis team is probably useless to you as a medication change or dose change would most likely be better I would think.
You aren't part of an experiment, hon. You just aren't well is what it is.
Distracting is a bit of a stupid thing of them to say when you are hearing things eh?
You are not pathetic in the slightest.

Keep posting about what is going on, I know too well how tempting it is to drink to cope with symptoms like this but I think you should try not in case it excacerbates them.

I hope you're feeling better.
I don't know what to advise other than something already suggested like going to the hospital and TELLING them you're afraid you're going to kill yourself. They can't refuse to help you and I'd rather know you were safe.
