I am currently:
Panic attack

I have really bad anxiety, and a few times I've even had a panic attack. But right now I'm really stressed and I feel like a panic attack might come at any minute. I've never had this feeling, usually the panic attacks just come all of the sudden. I don't know what to do, because it kind of feels hard to breathe, and I really don't want to have another panic attack, because I REALLY hate them.

I am currently:

Sometimes panic attacks can be avoided if you stop thinking about how much having one will upset you. Do you have any good distractions you can use? RYL has a great games arcade that has a big selection of games you can use as a distraction.

Also moving to another room, cleaning/organizing, reading, and talking with someone are all distractions too.
