Harley has asked me to let you all know that the beads for the current outstanding orders have now been sorted.
However, due to unforseen circumstances Harley maybe absent from RYL for the next couple of days, and so the orders will also be delayed. He sends his apologies and will be back as soon as he can.

Please remember people do there best here and having to wait 5/6 weeks in highly highly unusual.
You're dealing with a family here, not a massive company and Harley hates it when bracelets break or people have to wait. Some of it was 100% not his fault and othertimes we must remember that they have a life too and we know very little of what goes on in it. There could have been something huge!

You've been given information by staff and he posted saying they were waiting on orders. To be fair, no information, is an over statement... especially considering this thread where he went through the staff to have it posted.

Harley has a lot going on, and he's not going to be able to answer every single PM, especially if he's already asked other staff (for example, Kim, Chloe and Myself) to update people and let them know what is going on.
We've updated this thread the best that we can, and hopefully things will get sorted out soon.
