Trying to figure out a message

Im told, (someone puts thoughts in my head) that there will be a message , usually in a song but can come from TV, and it will tell me what i need to do.

Ive been waiting and im not sure. Im also having thoughts of hurting other people. It makes me feel so bad, I am certain i am the devil or an oman.

This doesnt make sence but my head just isnt working at the minute and i just dont know.

Hi you know im not sure myself but sometimes I think things like i want to hurt someone, like hit them or something but its not a voice telling me to do it, its just my thoughts...dont know really how to explain it...is this like what your hearing srawberry gashes? im not sure what I hear weather its just me being stupid

Hey hunni *hugs* I know how scary and intense it can be when these things are happening to you, but It sounds like you really need to speak to somebody about what your experiencing.

Having thoughts about hurting people can be scary too
But it's good that you have to insight to realise that these thoughts aren't right.

I think Hunni You need to talk to a proffessional about these intrusive thoughts
have you got anybody who you see regularly who you can talk to about this?
I know you've recently been in hospital, do you have anybody you see on an outpatient basis?

I cant really remember what he said.. My memory is really bad but they are checking up on me, im seeing someone else on friday.

Maybe it isnt real. But i feel like im supposed to be on a mission to find someone .. or something
