Anxiety Hearing Things Confused and Scared
I've been really anxious recently and ive been hearing things, like out of earshot but when no one is in the house things nasty things about me, to me. Im scared don't understand what this is..

But I being poor have only my dreams, I have spread my dreams under your feet ; tread softly as you tread on my dreams.
We are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars.

Anxiety can often cause such things, try to relax and remind yourself it's not real.
If it carries on or gets much worse then maybe speak to your doctor about it.

Heightened anxiety can cause hallucinations. Sorry to hear it's scaring you {hugs}
Perhaps you should talk to your doctor about it, s/he may put you on something to curb the anxiety.

Feel a bit better now I know its kind of normal well there is a reason for it at least. I was thinking it was people outside of my window and it freaked me out. I think I will try and talk to the doc he knows im really anxious but not about hearing things. I dunno

It is horrible =(, I get it sometimes. I think you should definitley mention it to the doctor. You shouldn't have to put up with it.
