I went out afterwards I feel so down in the dumps, my back/the arthritis is killing me, it's really getting me down and making me fed up =( But it went really well she was so happy that I hadn't self harmed for a while, she said it's not hallucinations but could be a subconsious stress thing about college and might be a traumatising memory because that's how I'd usually cope in this situation (makes sence right?). She said we'd keep an eye on it. I'm please it went well she was really supportive today and I'm seeing her again on the 19th, 10 days after I start college. I will need the support when I start college anyway.
Ohhhh oh oh and I have a new psychiatrist apparently. The last one was just a locum and he left but this one is permanent. I am curious about what he's like. I hope he's nice!

hey,
glad it went well, sometimes when i have a chat with someone and open up i usually feel really crap afterwards but the next day i usually feel better so fingers crossed.
if you need support when start uni, you know where we are. and if you need us before then we still here :)
sending you a deep heat back pad and some painkillers, hope you start feeling a bit better xx
