ive bin walkin round the past few days shoutin and talkin alowd to myslef.. (it tends to happen in periods of time like 3-6 days then it disapers for a while)tell myslef to do things and just die... over and over and over... it feels like someones there makin me do it ... ill now im doinging it after awahile and ts like sum1 takes over my body to make me do things... e.g i wa at work and i was doin it then next thing i was tryin to stab my self and it was like i woke up when it started to feel it happen.... i feel carm enuff to talk about it as i have bin for xrays and am on strong pain relife for my brokennuss and migranes. and im feelin empty like that person inside isnot there so i can mention it...

what does it mean??

You shouldn't feel stupid about any of the things that are happening to you or any of the things that you're thinking... we are all here because each of us has a problem of our own so no one is here to judge you.

Are you seeing any professionals (psychologist, psychiatrist, etc)? Do you have a support system at home where you can talk about what is going on?

im not no... i dunno where to start with it.. is it even a problem... i dont no what it means?? and home no i say owt and i get made to wish i hadnt...

I think that it's really important for you to talk to a professional about this, they will be able to answer many of your questions. You can start by going to your GP. They will be able to direct you to a mental health professional who you will be able to talk to about anything that you need to get off of your chest and who will be able to prescribe you medicine if need be.

No one here can answer many of your questions such as "why am i feeling this way?"... we can speculate, but no one will be able to give you a real answer except for a professional.
