I don't really understand what you mean, sweetheart.

Could you explain a bit more? Is everything okay?

Like they say that they will go out at 7.30 and they really leave at 8.00? And you get upset/angry towards them?
I don't really know what to call that, but my sister is very similar. Are you by any chance a perfectionist? My sister is, and I sometimes think that it is linked to that.
Hope your okay
Jen xx

Don't dare to be different. Dare to be yourself.
If that dosen't make you different. Then something is wrong.

Yes, I do a lot. I like things to stick to what I've planned. I always plan my times and things should go right.
As far as I'm aware it doesn't have a name.
I think I get really irritable/emotional/anxious because I feel like everything's out of control in a way, I;m not sure whether this is the same in your case but have you thought about why you feel like this?

Take Care

I've been like that since I can remember, people have learned when they say something that they need to stick to it. Over the years, I've learned to deal with it some, I try not to take my anger on others and when I get into that state I seperate myself from everyone else. I give myself to "calm down". I'll turn up the music, and scream my heart out. If I'm out, for example, when the school bells happened to be screwed up and were running 1 min late, I'll count backward from 100 and normally go to the bathroom to splash some cold water on my face.
I don't know what it's called, maybe a hint of perfectionism, dunno.

I'm like that a lot

like: I'll arrange to meet up with a friend at 2pm in a certain place. But I'll get there early cos I'm terrified of keeping people waiting for me. And then she'll be late. And I get so panicky and twitchy and I can't concentrate on little things and I just.. spazz

and when my parents say they're going out but they're late.. that's so stressful

For those doubts that swirl all around us
For those lives that tear at the seams
We know… we’re not what we’ve seen

For this dance we’ll move with each other
There ain’t no other step than one foot
Right in front of the other

I get like that. Mostly because my parents often forget to pick me up and make my coach and his family wait for an hour for me.
Just take deep breaths and try to make the feelings pass. I know it's hard. :-|

Oh wow i get that, really really bad, so it stresses me when the busses are late, which is practically every morning. Do you get stresd in other stuff tho? Cause like, when we have a room change at school an you dont know about it until you see the sign on the door an you have to go to a roo man pick a seat, it really stresses me out. I havnt found naything though, i jst wrap my arms around myself and rock gently.

you and i are going to have a love affair
and it won't work out but somewhere in the middle

I get the exact same way, the thing with my parents too, they say they are going out at 9am and I am sat there at half 9 like ARE YOU GOING OR WHAT? I think for me that is more of a case of I look forward to them leaving the house so I don't have to deal with them anymore....

And if I have made plans with friends and they cancel or rearrange - then I get panicky and stressed and paranoid that they don't give a crap about me and that I have no friends. I have a massive swell of emotion and I want to cry or si or break things...like tonight for example, my friends band has a gig on. I wanted to go, me and a couple of mates were going. One dropped out the other day but that was fine cause I had someone else going with me anyway. Today she text and said she couldn't make it tonight as she was going to see a mate. I was like, oh that's ok I dunno if I can be arsed to go anyway. But in reality I have been freaking out ever since. And I'm disappointed too cause I wanted to go tonight. I am not going on my own though, no chance.

Anyway yeah, I don't think it has a specific name, just anxiety, paranoia, stress...perhaps a hint of perfectionsim (not that it is that for me, at least I doubt it)
Hope you are ok hun. take care xxx

i get like that too,i find what helps if i just force myself to take deep breaths and count.the counting focuses me and distracts me.i only count to ten, then start over.the bigger the numbers the bigger the thing your trying to avoid seems.if that makes sence.so by keeping them small it makes it seem smaller.sorry if that seems silly, might help though
