Bracelet question again

Anyway i ordered my bracelt just over two weeks ago and i havent recived my bracelt nor heard anything about it since i ordered it.

Ive already sent a pm asking about it but recived nothing back, and i dont want to keep pestering.

So any ideas?

From what I've heard, Harley's been doing a lot of the orders single-handedly recently, and has also been waiting for supplies to be delivered. This has lead to orders being dealt with less quickly - understandably - and so you may have to wait a little longer to receive your bracelet.

I'm sure you'll get yours as soon as possible, though. :)

thanks. I dotn mind waiting its just there has been no information about it, so ive been wondeirng if there was some delay or something. Thanks for clearing it up :)

The RYL Shop is having to delay all orders being sent out until the 2nd of September, due to issues with our supply of orange beads (again!). You may pre-order as normal, but please be aware that all orders placed between now and the end of the month will be disptached on September the 2nd.

I'm surprised Harley, or someone hasn't gotten back to you. I also ordered my bracelets just over 2weeks ago. Harley, did however email me last Thursday to say they were having problems with the beads and that, he should be receiving my other bracelet within the next two days and then he'd send them off.

What does it say on your history in the shop?

Well the message in the shop wasn't up when I bought my bracelet, also two weeks ago, however Harley sent out an email to the people who had just ordered saying there'd be a delay. He said the delay would be for a week or so, which is now obviously not so. In the email he said there'd be an update, I guess the note in the shop is the update.

So we'll just have to sit and wait.

Oh actually, I went and looked at my shop history and it says 'Awaiting Payment' however, I paid through Paypal so it should have been done straight away, do you reckon this is just the shop not updating it's status? Anyone elses say the same?

I paid through paypal too and it said awaiting payment for a week and a half after they'd received the payment. Mine now says shipped, well it has done since last Thursday when he emailed me and but in email he said he should be getting the other bracelet by Saturday and he'd post it then, i've not received anything as of yet though.

i dunno.

mines says awating payment for nearly everything i bout or entered for, even though some of it is months old :s.

The only thing that annoyes me is lack of information, i dont have much acces so i cant look about for notices and that, it would be nice to have an automatic pm or something to say if there is a dely or if somethings going on, i really wanted to get it for my 6th months hence why i bought it early.
