Triggering (Suicide) - Scared of seeing flash images! =( *update sort of HELP*

I haven't been getting any proper hallucinations (which is what my psychiatrist calles them) like the man talking to me or woman screaming but lately I have been getting flash images:

(BE CAREFUL PLEASE, QUITE DISTURBING)

The following content has been hidden - Reason : SUICIDE/SELF HARM

It's really scary because I'm scared I'll do what she's done. Maybe it's a sign. Could it be a prementition? These images are really scary. I can't even call my psychiatrist on monday as I leave for France at 6am and I'm away for 11 days. I'll have my laptop with me so I'll be able to talk to you guys but I am just scared and disturbed by these SO REAL FLASH IMAGES!

ohh I'm sorry you're having to go through this,, that sounds horrible, if there anyone else other than you psych you could see ? like your gp maybe ? sorry I'm not much help just remember we will be here

can you remember if something like this has actually happened to you (or your secret twin-sister lola) before? like, have you ever tried to kill yourself in a similar way? is this the way you would do it?
sorry, I hope my questions are not too disturbing, you don't have to answer them if you don't want to.
has anything big happened recently? are you scared of dying this way?
next time you see her, can you go and get someone to go back with you and see if she's still there?
you said you were leaving for france tomorrow. do you believe she will stay there, in your room, while you are gone, or will the images follow you?
because if they do, I think it would be a good idea to tell someone.

I am on holiday at the moment in France and I haven't seen the images but I really want to cut myself, I don't know what to do =( please help!
