wahooooooooo :) i havent felt or been sick for THREE WHOLE DAYS :) and have eaten pretty well! feel like there is a light a the end of the tunnel. getting lots of sleep is helping and have done a mega tidy of my flat so feel better for that. not sure how i feel depression wise, not toooooo bad but feeling quite lonely way more than usual but at same time not wanting to spend time with anyway. have done dangerous sh-ing,nicked a small vein or artery but still didnt stop me doing it again the next evening so cant be that good really. i dont know if i actually wanted to die it was more like a what will happen will happen...... but im still here and i did show the dr when i saw her to change the meds so that is a positive step that i never would have done!
ok gonna stop rambling-this is what happens when you dont speak to anyone during the day!
anyway, i think dosulepin is fab. makes you sleepy but hey first one i havent felt like my life is controlled by meds making me ill.

just for the record, it has recently had name change. It used to be called dothepin. You might find more info for it under its old name.
It is commonly used and i know people on it who swear by it for sleep espcially if you suffer from constant thoughts of a night stopping you sleeping.

My fella is on this and it's the only thing that tackled his 6 years of depression. Really helps with sleep and apparently mellows him out. Although this is only one person he said its helped a hell of a lot more than fluxoetine or any other just ssri uptakers.

I'm really pleased that you're finding it helpful. I hope it continues to work for you.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
