As you may know, the theme for the next issue of the eZine [actually the next 2 issues] is going to be New Beginnings.
Part of any new beginning is transition.
I've a recovery based exercise here that some of you might be interested in trying out for us. [I'm also posting it up in Moving Forward and Creative Corner].
It involves a bit of reflection and creative work.
Here's the task -
- Draw a picture of how you feel about an upcoming change in your life. Jot down some key words next to it.
- Draw a picture of an alternative way you might approach the change. Or, draw your path through the change.
- Jot down your thoughts and feelings now.
You can then scan in/photo your images, type up your writing, and pm it to me or email it to the eZine email address.

I'm not giving a deadline, because it's an ongoing eZine project I've initiated! But if you would like to try the task, it's probably best to get to it asap while it's on your mind. :)
Of course, it's aim is to benefit you and help you understand how you approach change and transition. And from that, the RYL'ers who see your work in the eZine can gain from it too, and perhaps try it for themselves.
Thanks so much,
Katie
P.S. For those of you still waiting to be added to eZine staff - you know who you are, we're still waiting on Harley to add you to the team and the eZine board. Hopefully it won't be long!
