I am currently:
My dissociation's getting worse.

I'm eating again (but I'm losing weight, lol) and self-harming less, but I've been getting longer periods of dissociation. I was dissociated for almost a whole day last week.

Why is this happening? D :

(Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I'm not really 'with it'.)

I am currently:

The only thing that's recently changed is that my self-esteem has significantly dropped to almost nothing.

I'm hopefully going to visit the doctor when school starts again.

Thanks for the help. : 3

Dissociation can protect from all kinds of things - and dipping self esteem can be one of them. Basically your innate sense of self finds it unbearable. Which shows that deep within you there's healthy self esteem. It just needs a safe space to be nurtured, grow and flower.
