Oh My God! I don't know what the hell's happening with me...

ok, so recently my hallucinations have got pretty bad.
everynight now i'm too scared to leave my bed because of what i see when i do.
not only this but i can't stop talking to myself.
i don't notice i'm doing it for sometime.
it's leading to all kinds of bullying and stuff because i'm walking around the streets/school and stuff without knowing i'm having conversations with myself.
i feel like i'm completely losing it
i don't know what to do anymore.
i've go a counselling appointment on thursday but i don't know if i should tell her or not
its only my first appointment
what would she do if i did tell her this?
can anyone help?
xxx

def. tell her.
youre going to counselling, so why would you hold back.
you should tell her. &be as honest as you can with her. she's only there to help, after all.
plus. it sounds like the whole thing is getting more than you can manage on your own. it sounds like you need someone else.
tc.

take what you love
burn it down.

I agree with the above. You shouldn't wait any longer to tell someone about what's going on.

Agreed. I know it can feel very uncomfortable and intimidating to tell a therapist something, especially when you're just starting with them - I have been there. But it is so important to be honest so that they can do as much as possible to help you. This sounds like it's starting to disrupt your everyday life, and is clearly making you very unhappy, and I think you being unhappy is more than enough reason to speak up. You deserve to be well and feel happy, and hopefully your counselor can help you out and put you in the right direction towards getting this under control.

Good luck and take care. <3
