Weird Question
Hey there guysI'm new.
Anyway I have this weird thing about wanting someoneto look after me and care for me, like 24/7, like a mum I guess. I know it stems from BPD and my past but does anyone else here feel like that, I'm nearly 27 BTW

My husband is my best friend.
In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.

i think lots of us want someone to just hold us and look after us. even without any mental health or childhood problems its quite natural to want to be looked after, because it's safe and comforting.
so anyway you're not the only one!

There are only two ways in which one can live their life. One is as though nothing is a miracle, the other is as though everything is.

I feel like that all of the time, I think that it's hard to get over things in your past if you feel that you haven't been properly cared for.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

I've been through phases like that; but it was yrs and yrs ago. Maybe it's dependant personality disorder instead.
