Hey,
Try and take some deep breaths, and keep yourself distracted. Remind yourself of the reasons why cutting is bad idea, and why it's a good idea not to do so. Think of the big cycle you can get caught up in, the way it doesn't solve anything, how if effects those around you, the scars, etc.
I know it's hard whilst you're feeling so worked up, but perhaps another form of release would be better. For example, running, punching a pillow, squeezing ice cubes, and so forth.
Sorry I can't be of any more use, but try and stay strong and positive. You can do this, don't let the people that made you want to hurt yourself win.
