Triggering (OD) - Thoughts getting worse

My paranoia is getting worse im convinced everyone is talking bad things about me,and that someones gonna hurt me.Im on sequal 100mg daily have been for just over week now and it is just getting worse I was in A&E last week cos of suicidal thoughts.I am seeing the psych on 18th for the first since i been back in the uk but i feel i cant hold out that long. i jusyt want to scre4am im feeling so angry aswell.

I'm sorry to hear that things are difficult for you right now, is there anyone you can get in touch with or can you bring your psych appointment forward? I'm sure that if you let someone know how you are feeling they will try their best to support you. Do you think it might be the medication that is making things harder for you? Sometimes that can happen and it can take a while for things to level off. It's important that you are able to stay safe. Please take care and get in touch if you need anything. is it possible to have the seroqel raised?
its a great med but only at the right dosage.
im sorry that things are getti so bad but you are doing the right things. if you feel so low again then please go back to A&E
