Triggering (SI) - Wanting to wear a dress

Seriously makes me regret ever getting into SI. I'm wanting to wear a dress for a party thingy and my upper arms are covering in scars and I'm not confident at all.

Maybe I could wear a dress with some kind of cardigan over it?

you gotta have a good nite and screw what everyone else thinks, i know it REALLY hard, but you'll look lovely in your dress, a few scars aint gonna make you look any less pretty :)

how about those little bolero/shrug tops that are just sleeves that go across the back? you can get short sleeve versions of those that just cover the upper arms so you don't have to be too hot in the summer - like these on ebay:

We realize things sometimes too late, but for you, it's NOT to late!
You can work on stopping so next time your in a dressy mood, you can wear a strappy dress with pride! Then all your have to worry about is what to say to all the boys who follow you around the party because you are drop dead gorgeouse with the personality to match!! *Dorky I know, but oh so true!!*
Definitly wear one of those shirt thinggies suggested above!

The party is a couple of weeks away yet.

I don't really regret my SI and I wouldn't say I hate scars but it's just a pain when I don't want to wear a dress because of it.

I'm not really a dressy person but thought I'd make an effort for this it's like a wedding reception but in another country.
