I am worrying about everything. I think my bf is going to cheat on me, especially when i start work next week, even know there isnt anything really to make me think this. But i am constantly worried, cos i know im not good enough.
I am being followed and stalked all the time.
I need to kill an old man because he is going to hurt me first.
I start my new job on monday and i worry that i wont be able to do what they ask.
These sounds like symptoms of schiz. But i dont have schiz, its all real.
Everyone and everything is out to make me feel bad.
*cuddles*
Have you told anyone about how you're feeling?
I know how horrible it is to feel like this, I do too and I'm not schizophrenic and I know it's real.
But you need to let someone know you're feeling like this, with the added stress of work it's good to let people know now before things start getting worse yeah?
*more cuddles*
Stay safe hun

Perhaps go to you doctor and ask him?
He can organize some support for you to help deal with these horrid thoughts and feelings and perhaps organize some medication to help deal with them.
It's better to go and ask him than to try and deal with this all yourself hun, you deserve support for this.

I know taking medication is horrid sometimes, and the side effects aren't nice, but if these symptoms are so distressing I think taking your medication would be best, before things start getting really bad yeah?
If after you've taken your meds for a while, these symptoms are still here it would be an idea to go back to your doctor and say what's going on. It might be that you need to change your meds to best help.
Please try and start taking your meds again, living with these feelings and thoughts must be much worse than taking the meds and not having to deal with this distress. Especially if you're starting work, you'll be wanting to feel better so you can really make progress and get to where you want to be with your career
Good luck and take care hun

As well as the lack of meds, it might be the stress of starting a new job that's making you feel vulnerable and insecure, hence the increasing of these paranoid symptoms. It is very 'easy' for anxiety when it's severe to slip into paranoia.
I too have feelings that other people describe as "paranoid" and don't have schizophrenia or anything. I even thought my sister's husband was following me and saying things to me the other night although I know it isn't possible to have been so.
I think Katie's right re the stress of the job. I am on a phased return to work and am finding that although the work is fine, the whole issue of being around more people who are thinking things about me and planning my downfall is difficult and bringing out feelings that others say are paranoia. Sorry, that prob doesn't make much sense.
Does you dr know that you have stopped taking your meds? I reckon you should prob be taking them if you haven't been told otherwise.
Take care!

ami huni u need to take u meds.
talk your concerns over with your bf so that he can reassure you.
if you are worried about someone hurting you then let someone know so that they can keep an eye out.
its great that you are starting a job on monday....are you ready for it though? maybe the stress and anxiety is causing you to feel a little parnoid and worried about everything xx
Please do tell your doctor and please take your meds, please.
Look at what happened to me when I didn't take my meds. I don't want that to happen to you.
PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
Yes if you have killed someone, believe me they would have caught you by now.
And by goodness you do not deserve to be ill. You deserve to be loved by all of us, which is what is happening right now, we all love you and want only happiness for you.

Hey.
I also have the same problem as Ami and to b ehonest it really is starting to take over my life in a way.
I've been with my boyfriend for a bit now and i know he loves me and he tells me this everyday amongst how he wants to spend his life with me and i love him with all of my heart and my soul but because of this stupid paranoia i keep thinking that he is just saying these things and doesn't mean it, and if i were to talk to him about this it would hurt him and i don't want to, i'm so scared of losing him that i work myself into a state thinking that i'm no good for him, i mean seriously, he is so gorgeous and sometimes i think why the hell is he with me, he deserves someone who is just as beautiful as him, and i keep thinking i'm not good enough for him at all, If he doesn't text me, i immediatly assume he's fed up with me, or when he goes out (We live 100 miles apart) i keep thinking that some girl will catch his eye, a few weeks ago we had an argument about this and it hurt him, i'm just, my head is a total wreck and i don't know what to do and i'm sorry for this insanely long comment but, if someone would like to reply to me would they pm me please?
=(
