Going batty!

I just had a really relaxing half hour after a sweltering day!

We took the dog to the park, it was going dark but Rusty was throwing a ball for Bevan.
I lay down on the grassy bank and watched the flashes of lightning and the bats flying overhead. They were circling over head, darting between the trees, catching the insects. I love bats, so that made my day

:) awesome! yeah we use to have loads of them near where I lived... my cat caught one once but we got it away from him and let it go.... but they're pretty cool :)

Next to my High School we had this nature reserved that was FULL of Flying Foxes! They stunk up a storm, but are pretty awesome :)
