Triggering (SI/Suicide) - to cut or not to cut..

going to cut tonight, its been building up over time , im going to do it that isnt the question i jinda the feel i need to go quite deep to satisfy the urge, but im conflicted cause i dont want to have to go to casualty on a sat night at prime time so to speak ... ****er huih i can waiot but , i got the blood rush, now........ dont want to wait/...... ****

Hey - am not going to say 'don't go there' as I recognise the feelings and where you are right now.
Sometimes - and only sometimes!!! - I try to distract myself by doing something completely random or by having a shower and the feeling passes.
Why not give it a go?
