Possibly Triggering - 2 months
I recently made it to 2 months again without cutting. The thing is, I've made it to 2 months several times before, only to cut again. In the past, it wasn't a total relapse- maybe a few days of cutting before I was able to stop again- but I don't want that to happen again. At the same time, a small part of me does want to cut... I guess I just need a little encouragement.

you've done well getting to two months just because you have slipped in the past doesnt mean that you will this time. Keep going strong, you can do it!

Well done!! Im really proud of you. I echo what Spoons said (sorry dont know your name) that just because you slipped up in the past it does not mean that you will slip up again.

2 months is really good!
just think what an achievment it is, you can go for longer
aim just to make 3 months
then 4 etc

Well, I'm still cut-free at 2.5 months. It's getting harder and harder not to cut, but I'm doing my best. At least I know why I'm so anxious... but I think if I get through the next two weeks I'll be ok for awhile. I'm just taking things one day at a time. I'm so glad I can turn here for support when I'm struggling, thank you :)
