advice needed-doesnt really fit in support

i think ive messed things up a bit with my bf- i worry and analyse things too much and its starting to give him with the impression that im not happy and that i dont trust him or really know him.

ive explained to him loads of times the reasons behind it, but it doesnt change the effect its having. and i know id be the same if he kept questioning me all the time- id be like does he actually want a reason to break up with me.

so i need advice and stuff from anyone whose been in such a situation or just has an opinion. how do you stop yourself from worrying so much- or at least train yourself to think before you open your mouth (cos half the time i do that i realise there isnt actually anything to worry about).

and also what could i do to show him that i dont mean to have that effect and that i am happy with him? cos other than talking i cant think of anything else and talkings what made this mess in the first place =/

Can you analyse things for yourself in private? Talk to a girlfriend about it, or even to us? Take some time and journal too.

I overanalyse things too.

*hugs you*

My husband is my best friend.

In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.
