I am finding myself with a number of pills AGAIN.
And I have started to OD again.
I have already taken x-
which is over the dosage already.
And there is some alcohol in the fridge.
This is exactly like the other days
I need help now.
Someone please talk to me
Before I do something incredibly silly
and end up sectioned
and I break my promise to Helen.

you need to stop right now, get rid of your pills.

The hospital told me it was.

can you in anyway make yourself get rid of them? its HIGHLY dangerous to keep them with you, as you said you are already over the recommeded dose, can you call anyone>>

Please put them away from you, NOW.
otherwise you wont have a chioce & you will have to go to hospital because you would have taken too many to function.
put them away in your room if you can't flush them?

about my paracetamol yesterday
and now
she rang the amber project
and they put me with the doctor!
