Triggering (SI/Suicide) - Support for AnxietyAngel/Laura

Hello everyone
As you may or may not know, recently one of our RYL members 'AnxietyAngel' tried to take her life and is now in hospital.
Laura needs support from all of you as she's going through a difficult time at the moment, and feels totally alone, a lot like most of us do. Please leave her a message of support to show that she is cared for as she feels alone. Maybe by seeing the messages, it could give her the strength to carry on *hugs*

Today I went to visit her and i'd just like to say she's doing so well. She regrets what she did, and is now going to get the help she deserves. She's a bit fragile at the moment so when she returns, please be careful with her xx
