Triggering (Substance Abuse) - Solvents

Okay so for about the past 9 months or so i've been addicted to solvents.

And i don't know how to stop. the withdrawal is bad so i keep doing it.

help?

I think you need to see a doctor about this. If the withdrawl is that bad, you might want to do it with some information of help.

I'm so proud of you for making this post and reaching out for help - I understand how difficult it can be to admit there is a problem and ask for help and you are very brave :) Do you think you can talk to us about what makes you feel like this, maybe even PM it to me if you need to? The only known withdrawal symptom that could be linked to Solvent Abuse is persistant headaches for an aproximate length of a month if you just stop, as apposed to gradually lowering your intake and then stopping. However, Solvents and Inhalants are severly phsycologically addictive because abuse is easy to hide and it is technically legal [ but just as dangerous, if not more dangerous, then ollegal drugs ]. It is hard, but possible, for mis-users to stop solvent abuse although it is often easier to have a support network around you.

It is better to deal with you addiction with a proffesional, as apposed to alone
