Crazy Dreams on Zoloft/any SSRI?

Has anyone experienced any crazy dreams while on meds? What are your dreaming experiences while on meds?

I've just started trying Zoloft, and I've already remembered some dreams every night...I hear a lot of people have very vivid and realistic dreams on it.

Yeah I have too,Ive been using zoloft since I was about 10 years old,
I rarly have bad dreams,but when I do there harrible :/

i'm on fluoxitine and i have really vivid dreams.

i don't know if its weird to say this but i have to say i really love them. i feel like ive got a cinema in my head. its the best side effect. true escapism!

i dont have the mental energy to read a book so at least i can dream.

I don't remember having m/any whilst taking Sertraline, but I've very recently stopped and I've had crazy dreams each night :\

Perhaps speak to your GP?

Yeah I get mad vivid dreams on my meds, sometimes (but rarely) they're quite scary and it's always hard to tell if its a dream or reality... I also talk in my sleep alot now, I don't know if anyone else has been told that?

Yep i too had realy bad and vivid dreams, that i remembered. Staff at the unit i was on had to wake me to stop me screaming the place down.
I was eventualy took of them cos they made me realy manic. So i dont know if the longer your on them the less dreams you have.

Wow , I am happy you posted this. I have really horriabel dreams on prozac. Well I am not sure if its the medaction or maybe my brain overworking. I have alot of dreams of being back in hosptail and trying to kill myself. Maybe they are just memories. Not sure.

Srry ..lol. i used to take zoloft...I am sped /stupid :(..

I'm on Fluoxetine (not Zoloft, but another SSRI) and i have really insane, vivid dreams.
Alot of the time i get confused as to whether something actually happened or if it was a dream which can be an absolute pain. Apart from that, i quite enjoy them! It's like watching a new movie every night :)
I'm glad it's not just me though
